Event description

Organized by the Sharjah Sports Council in cooperation with Endurance Sports Services and City Centre Al Zahia, we are pleased to invite you to participate in the third edition of the indoor run in Sharjah. Take the opportunity to take part in this one-of-a-kind race and the summer heat to run in one of the newest and unique malls in Sharjah.

The race consists of two distances of 8 km and 4 km for adults in addition to 800 meters for juniors.

Sharjah Aquathlon - Al Hamriyah 2023 أكواثلون الشارقة - الحمرية

Event description

Join us in SHARJAH Aquathlon in Al Hamriyah beach. A race for novice and experienced athletes.

An Aquathlon is a multisport race consisting of continuous run and swim elements. Competitors complete a swim immediately followed by a run over various sprint distances. Athletes compete for fastest overall course completion, including the time transitioning between the disciplines.

For the swim, it will be a non-wetsuit swim. Only race legal speed suits (no rubber or neoprene) will be permitted. All athletes must wear the swim cap provided and start in their allocated wave. Only swim goggles or masks are permitted. No other swim aids of any kind are permitted. Only official lifeguards on kayaks and rescue jet skis are allowed on the swim course. Swimmers may use the kayaks and jet skis for aid should they require assistance so long as there is no forward momentum, which would result in disqualification.

For the run, a shirt or full-length tri suit must be worn at all times. No iPod or similar headphone devices allowed. Race numbers must be worn on your front during the run

All participants will be presented with a finisher medal.

أكواثلون هو سباق متعدد الرياضات يتكون من عناصر السباحة والجري تباعا. يكمل المتسابقون السباحة تليها مباشرة الجري على مسافات مختلفة. يتنافس الرياضيون على إكمال السباق بأسرع وقت ممكن، علما بأن زمن الانتقال من السباحة إلى الجري يحسب في الزمن العام للسباق.

بالنسبة للسباحة، يُسمح فقط بالبدلات القانونية للسباق (بدون المطاط أو النيوبرين). يُسمح فقط بنظارات السباحة . لا يُسمح بأي مساعدات سباحة أخرى من أي نوع. يُسمح فقط برجال الإنقاذ الرسميين على قوارب الكاياك وزلاجات الإنقاذ في مسار السباحة. قد يستخدم السباحون قوارب الكاياك والزلاجات للمساعدة إذا احتاجوا إلى المساعدة.

We are proud to present to you the Second Edition of the Ajman Triathlon in association with the Department of Tourism Development in Ajman and UAE Triathlon Federation and organized by Endurance Sports Services.

The Ajman Triathlon is an incredibly scenic triathlon which will be hosted in Ajman Beach Corniche .

Swim in the calm waters of Ajman Beach , bike on traffic-free roads, and finish with a run on the designated running track just meters away from the water’s edge of the stunning Ajman Beach Corniche views!

Only a 30 minutes drive from Dubai, the course will be flat and smooth ideal for everyone from beginner to advanced levels. Distances include Olympic, Sprint, Super Sprint, and Junior Super Sprint distances for all ages and abilities. Additionally, mix relay teams of 2 or 3 athletes are welcome to participate.

The Fourth Edition of Duathlon Ajman will be held in Ajman Beach Corniche to suit beginner and more advanced athletes. This is a great race course to achieve your personal best time! The duathlon is open to people of all fitness abilities. In addition to the Long distance (10km - 40km - 5km) and the Sprint distance (5km - 20km - 2.5km) you will also have the opportunity to get your finishers medal by completing the Super Sprint distance (2.5km - 10km - 2.5km) which is also open for juniors.

What are the distances?

How teams category works?
You can be two or three members in a team.
If the team consists of two members, one will be running, the other one cycling.
If the team consists of three members, one will be doing the first run, the other one cycling, and the last one will be doing the second run.
Yes, all team members will receive a separate finisher medal!

What I need to bring for the race?
- You need to bring your own bike (TT and road bikes allowed only).
- You need to put your bike in the transition area under your bib number in the transition opening time.
- No drafting in the bike course.
- Helmet is must, no helmet no race.

Sharjah Sports Council, in cooperation with Endurance Sports Services Company, organizes the Wadi Hilo Trail Run in the Hajar Mountains, which is one of the most beautiful areas in the UAE and Sharjah specifically for archaeological and historical tourism.
Where the stone houses extend in the course of the valley and built from the rocks of the valley.

The historic village in Wadi Al Helo is part of the serial nomination, "Sharjah: Gateway to the Trucial States", for inscription on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

ينظم مجلس الشارقة الرياضي بالتعاون مع شركة القدرة للخدمات الرياضية سباق وادي الحلو في جبال حجر وهي من أجمل مناطق الإمارات للسياحة الأثرية والتاريخية.

We are proud to present to you the Second Edition of the KALBA Triathlon in association with the Sharjah Sports council and UAE Triathlon Federation and organized by Endurance Sports Services.

The KALBA Triathlon is an incredibly scenic triathlon, which be hosted in beautiful Kalba City.

Swim in the calm waters of Ocean, bike on traffic-free roads, and finish with a run on the designated running track just meters away from the water’s edge of the Ocean views!

Only a 90 minutes' drive from Dubai, the course will be flat and smooth ideal for everyone from beginner to advanced levels. Distances include Olympic, Sprint, Super Sprint, and Junior Super Sprint distances for all ages and abilities. Additionally, mix relay teams of 2 or 3 athletes are welcome to participate.

يسعدنا ان نقدم هذا التحدي حصريًا لأصحاب روح المغامرة التي تتوق إلى كشف المجهول.

انضم إلينا لتجربة الأسرار البكر لمدينة خورفكان من خلال مسار جبل الرابي، الواقعة على أراضي عذراء حيث يمكنك مشاهدة مدينة خورفكان والساحل الفريد والشواطئ السرية الجميلة.

يضمن تحدي جبل خورفكان تجربة ساحرة على ممر جبال الربيع الطبيعي الواقع في أعلى قمة في الجبال الشرقية على ارتفاع مذهل يبلغ 395 مترًا.

Fees are non-refundable.

If the athlete is unable to participate on race day due to any reason:
- the athlete can get a refund of the race entry up to 7 days before the event (subject to a 15% administration fee); or
- the athlete can transfer the race entry to a fellow athlete before the registration closing date (subject to terms of service and subject to the prevailing registration fee on the day of transfer)

Furthermore, this event is subject to refunds as follows:
- for refunds related to cancelled events, we will contact you and issue a refund automatically.
- for refunds related to rescheduled events, we will contact you with the new date and time ASAP. In case you can't make the event, refunds will be done upon request.
- store purchases are excluded from refunds.
- all refunds are subject to a 15% administration fee.

AJMAN HALF MARATHON By Saudi German Hospital Ajman The biggest running event in Ajman is on the way. Ajman Tourism Development Department, Saudi German Hospital Ajman & Endurance Sports are excited to return to the incredible running event featuring 21.1 km, 10 km, 5 km and 2.5km distances.

As a community event, we encourage athletes of all age groups and running abilities to participate. The course will be carried out on private roads in a safe and traffic-free route.

We will celebrate the first 3 winners from every race in this event, totalling an incredible 114 champions. This includes Age groups, Different genders, Overall Emirati category and Open categories.

Cash Prizes of 24000 AED for Half Marathon top 3 Overall Male & Female and top 3 Emirati Male & Female.
