  On the occasion of World Cycling Day we in Sharjah Sports Council in cooperation with Endurance Sports Services are excited to announce our new event.
  We are pleased to invite you to participate with us in this wonderful event on SUNDAY 3/6/2023 6:00 in the morning on the Sharjah Corniche
  World Cycling Day is a unique event that encourages the community to ride their bikes. In recognition of the uniqueness, longevity and diversity of the bike, which has been in use for two centuries, and that it is a simple, affordable, reliable, clean and environmentally friendly means of transportation. To enhance environmental care and health.
  Event Categories:
  1- Free Category:
  All you have to do is bring your bike and helmet and join us in a bicycle ride on Sunday 12/4/2023 at 6:00 am on Sharjah Corniche street.
  2- Paid Category:
  All you have to do is bring your bike and helmet and participate with us in a bicycle ride on Sunday 3/6/2023 at 6:00 am on the Sharjah Corniche street, at the end of the event you will be asked to go to the event village to receive your medal of participation in this unique event, To be a beautiful memory.

  2- فئة المشاركة المدفوعة:
  كل ما عليك هو إحضار دراجتك والخوذة الخاصة بك والمشاركة معنا في مسيرة بالدراجات الهوائية يوم السبت 3/6/2023 السادسة صباحا على كورنيش الشارقة، في ختام الفعالية سيطلب منك التوجه إلى قرية الحدث لاستلام شهادة المشاركة الخاصة بك مع ميدالية المشاركة في هذا الحدث الفريد، لتبقى ذكرى جميلة.

  Participation Individual athletes

  Refund policy

  Fees are non-refundable.

  Athletes have the option to protect fees for unforeseen and outside of control cancellations.
  All entry fees are non-refundable and at the discretion of the event organiser.

  If the athlete is unable to participate on race day due to any reason:
  - the athlete can get a refund of the race entry up to 7 days before the event (subject to a 15% administration fee); or
  - the athlete can transfer the race entry to a fellow athlete before the registration closing date (subject to terms of service and subject to the prevailing registration fee on the day of transfer)

  Furthermore, this event is subject to refunds as follows:
  - for refunds related to cancelled events, we will contact you and issue a refund automatically.
  - for refunds related to rescheduled events, we will contact you with the new date and time ASAP. In case you can't make the event, refunds will be done upon request.
  - Store purchases are excluded from refunds.
  - All refunds are subject to a 15% administration fee.
