  Ramadan Virtual Run 1442 by Endurance

  The Ramadan Virtual Run by Endurance is back, encouraging the community to run indoor at their home or outdoor to maintain an active lifestyle.

  To participate:
  - Perform any running or walking for 10 km (can be split into two activities)
  - The activity must be done in the month of Ramadan from 13th April until 21st May 2021
  - Participants less than 16 years old require 5km only.

  جري رمضان الافتراضي، يشجع المجتمع على ممارسة رياضة الجري أو المشي الداخلي على الجهاز أو الخارجي للحفاظ على نمط حياة نشط.

  شروط المشاركة:
  - ممارسة الجري أو المشي لمسافة 10 كيلومتر (يمكن تقسيمها لنشاطين بحد أقصى)
  - ممارسة النشاط في شهر رمضان من الفترة من 13/4/2021 إلى 21/5/2021
  - المشاركين من عمر 16 سنة وما دون لمسافة 5 كيلومتر فقط
